Via Arté: Italian Street Painting Festival

Bakersfield Museum of Art seeks artists for our Italian Street Painting Festival every year, starting in the summer and ending in September. This call to artists is open to any artists eighteen or older. There is no fee to apply or participate for this juried festival.

High School groups are welcome to apply to participate in this event with a call going out in late summer and ending in late September.

Our biennial festival is on hold as we upgrade some gallery features and enhance our space. We look forward to putting this event back on the calendar.

ARTMIX

 

ARTMIX, BMoA’s spring fundraiser, features an art sale showcasing works by local and regional artists. This event is an opportunity to introduce local and regional artists to art collections seeking to begin or add to their existing collections. Artists of all ages are invited to submit of one-of-a-kind, two-dimensional original works of art for sale on a consignment basis.
