The Marketplace
On October 5-6, the Bakersfield Museum of Art hosted our most successful outside exhibit. Once again we transformed the Market Place into a work of art during the 14th Annual Via Arté street painting festival.  Using the asphalt as canvas, professional and student artists unlocked their imaginations and turned the parking lot into a gallery of amazing chalk masterpieces.
